DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FILES MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN LAW SUIT FILED  AGAINST IT IN 2004

The US Department of Justice motion asking a federal judge to toss out the law suit filed against it is both slanderous and misleading but not at all unexpected.  This has been the standard approach from the beginning of this one-sided fight.

Every piece of evidence is under "Protective Order" by the Justice Department which prohibits us from using any of it to fight back and prove just how wrong all of this is.

I had hoped that we would have the opportunity to expose everyone and everything about this case when the law suit finally went to trial, but if this judge grants the summary judgment, we will have no way to get the "Protective Order" removed.

I may just have to write a book exposing the truth.   I don't think anyone would punish me for violating the "Protective Order" once I have exposed what and who is exactly being protected by the order and the injustices done to Rick and our family.

I was hoping not to have to make the decision.  I'm still hoping I don't have to.  They put Rick on trial and lost, now we should be able to put them on trial.

IF EVERYTHING BEING ALLEGED IS TRUE, WHY IS THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AFRAID OF HAVING A TRIAL TO DECIDE THE OUTCOME OF THIS LAW SUIT AGAINST IT?

WHY STOOP TO SLANDEROUS 129 PAGE MOTIONS AND PROTECTIVE ORDERS IF THE TRUTH IS ON YOUR SIDE?

SIXTH CIRCUIT DISMISSES LAWSUIT FILED BY TERRORIST KARIM KOUBRITI AGAINST RICK CONVERTINO

Out of the night that covers me,

Black as the Pit from pole to pole,

I thank whatever gods may be

For my unconquerable soul

In the fell clutch of circumstances

I have not winced nor cried aloud.

Under the bludgeonings of change

My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears

Looms but the Horror of the shade,

And yet the menace of the year

Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,

How charged with punishments the scroll,

I am the master of my fate:

I am the captain of my soul.
